Abolfazl Sadeghpour

Former Professor and Head of the Department of Public Administration at the University of Tehran

Born in 1937 in a family that migrated from the city of Naein to Qom, he completed his primary education at Bagherieh School, secondary education at Hakim Nezami School in Qom, and Darolfonoon in Tehran. His higher education journey included studies at the University of Tehran, the American University of Beirut in Lebanon, Minnesota State University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Southern California in the United States.

The subject of his discourse is "Thought and Thinking."

He has authored numerous works, and those interested in management science are familiar with his name. His books include Principles and Foundations of Organization and Management, Bureaucracy and Organizational Structures, and Discussions in Social Engineering. In addition to developing new theories on exploitation and the secret to the survival of governance, he has introduced novel concepts, the most significant being the "Accompanying World" as opposed to the "Global Village" and "Nature’s Right" to emphasize environmental conservation.

According to him, the concept of the "Global Village" was coined before the advent of the internet and mobile phones. However, in today's world, humans can carry the entire world with them through a small device, enabling them to connect to any point on the planet.
